Does it cost anything to search?

No. Anyone can search the directory free of charge, whether you are a participant, family member or support coordinator.

What does the NDIS registered badge mean?

We only show it when the NDIS Commission register lists the provider as Approved. Providers that are not registered carry a Not NDIS-registered badge. Check current details with the Commission before you decide.

How do I contact a provider?

For now, use the phone number or website shown on their profile. Direct Enquiry and Platform Enquiry (Match) are coming in a later update.

I run a provider. Can I claim my profile?

Yes. Choose List your business, find your profile and confirm it is yours. Claiming is free.
